Let initial productivity be x, so new productivity becomes 1.8x (x + .0.8x)
Let initial time take by y, so new time taken becomes 09.y (y - 0.1y)

Initial output = y/x
New output = 1.8x/0.9y = 2y/x
Comparing the two we see that output is now twice the initial output. Thus, it's a 100% increase.
