Source: GMATClub Test Please check if the options are right? To me it feels like they have only considered +ve 3 digits nos and ignored the -ve 3 digits. Or am I missing something? :)

When someone mentions 'n' digit numbers then they specifically mean the numbersame that are positive. That's why the smallest 3 digit number is always 100 and not -999
