Statement 1 : P can be 0 or P can be 3 as both satisfy statement 1. Now 0 is divisible by 6 but 6 is not. Hence statement 1 is not sufficient

Statement 2 : P can be 3 or 6 as both satisfy statement 2. 3 is not divisible by 6 but 6 is. So Statement 2 is not sufficient. Combing both statements only number that satisfies both the statements are 6,12,18. Hence answer is C

Since P+3 is divisible by 3, then P is divisible by 3 and from statement 2 we know that P is even, Even - Odd = Odd. taking both statement together, any even multiple of 3 is divisible by 6.
