What does it mean by to get a "full fee waiver"???? and what is required of one to get it???

Either the school/government etc pay for the entire free. YOU dont end up paying a single penny.
A full fee waiver can either be gotten using Scholarships OR government funded programs e.g. Full Bright Scholarship for the US

it can be a 'merit-based' or 'need based' waiver by the b-school. U just pay for the living expenses. Nothing for tuition. Usually, people with 760 or more GMATs get it from select schools. Not common or easy.
