The correct answer is A.
Jury is a collective noun & a collective noun is always considered SINGULAR, therefore a singular verb should follow & that is why HAS is correct. In option C - " to prevent them from leaking information" makes no sense. Option E also has a similar error. That is why, correct answer is A.
